Carving Station featuring rosemary crusted leg of lamb, brown sugar & honey glazed ham, Prime Rib
Waffle Station: Strawberry Compote, whipped cream, bananas with foster sauce, chocolate chips, maple syrup
Chilled Seafood Display Oyster on the half shell, peel & eat shrimp, Nova scotia lox, smoked white fish

Because we begin preparation well in advance, payments become non-refundable within 48 hours of your reservation. Cancellations or no-shows inside this window are not eligible for refunds or credit.
